stress, relationships, LIFESTYLE, things going on in YOUR WORLD...all connect to your health!!

your body is your compass. it SPEAKS TO YOU.

of course sugar, wheat and other stuff AFFECT YOUR BODY AND MOOD AND ENERGY & totally mess with your hormones!!!

how about, I WANT TO LIVE A FULL JOYFUL LIFE until i am 105 years old!! Full of energy!!!!!

HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN!?


Can you make peace with your body  + replace the words that you’ve been taught like bad and good and diet and restriction and actually feel bad ass and just love and embrace your body and food?!

Tips:

- replacing foods

- sweating and working out

-your brain MATTERS. it connects everything.

- look at EVERY ASPECT of your life- where is stress, where is anxiety, where is overload. CUT THAT SHIT OUT.

i am amazed that people give 150% to WORK. 

to work. to work to work.

not to what food goes in their body.

{to take The five minutes to bake and enjoy it}

not to their PLEASURE. 

not to getting to root shit that affects them. 

Not to really looking at all the aspects of their life and seeing if there truly living out loud until what matters in their heart.

NO ONE AT YOUR FUNERAL is going to say.....gee....she sure did work hard and good. 

WE ARE ALL REPLACEABLE.

Someone may not be as amazing as you and as talented as you but we’re all replaceable and life goes on.

doctors gives meds. 

You tell them the symptoms and they give you a prescription .


they don't ask you- how is work?

how is your self esteem? how is your marriage? how are your inlaws? what keeps you up at night!?!? What do you need as a person? What’s on your to do list?? What is your life like? How do you feel???

ive seen SO MANY CLIENTS with health issues.....from that kinda stuff! not the freaking spagetti sauce they chose!!!



Sometimes we think we need a nutrition plan.

Happy day!!

Set the tone for your week!!

Celebrate & pump yourself full of energy + sunshine & day- TODAY IS THE DAY!! All fabulous things are flowing in my world!!

Yessssss!!! Spread love, be love, see love, give love, share love!!!! That generates more energy & goodness!


Life tip:

Every day be thankful for what you've been through because now you are  here to be a teacher & of service to the world! 

The rough + tough stuff AND the blessed + joyful stuff.


Are you a planner? ( I just raised 100 of my hands!)

Plans give you certainty.

Certainty makes u feel safe.

Read that 100 times.


That's an illusion.


We Make plans because we want things to be controlled and certain. 


The reason we do that is we want everything to work out and feel SAFE + OK + happen in a way that makes us feel protected, taken care of + happy. 

So we think...


Feeling protected : that's the root of every plan people make in any area of their life!


People teach kids at a young age: go to college, get a degree, get a good job, get benefits, get a 401k, get married, have kids, buy a home, etc etc.

Society tells people make sure you're saving for retirement bc what are you going to do if not.

We tell people to have a plan for their kids+  for their marriage + for every fucking step we take.


And there's a time and place for that FOR SURE!! Yes!!

but when you do that a lot a lot a lot a lot--- it creates a fear fear fear fear fear mindset.

It stunts creativity & our true essence wanting to show UP!! 


You end up not even knowing what makes your soul sing + what you actually enjoy + you live life + you autopilot making decisions.


That is No way to live Bc You miss out on a truly enriched + amplified life!


And if your life experiences have been rough, you are more controlling + planner. 

Bc you crave more certainty + safety. 


Biggest truth:

Everything is rooted in a feeling we're trying to achieve!!!!!!


When you eat the entire bag of potato chips, 

when you say yes you'll work overtime at your job when you really want to say no, 

when you don't speak up when you want to, 

YOU dim your light....


* it is all rooted in a feeling you're trying to achieve ( satisfaction, security, success, likeability, comfort, etc)*


TAKEAWAY:

Plans are controlling the outcome.

Instead HOLD A VISION.


A vision is a goal with  room for life to flow + grow from a place of love + not fear AND from growth + not constriction.

Fergie & powerful women!

Hey sunshine’s!!

did anyone see Fergie sing the national anthem at the NBA All-Star game? OH MY. {we love the NBA!}

3 life lessons:

1-always support women and stand by them and hell to the yeah that she’s bold and courageous to sing the national anthem in front of millions of people. You have to have massive confidence and believe in yourself to tackle something like that. And she tried a totally different arrangement that was risky. Go Fergie!! I see you, girl!!!

You Win some + you lose some ——-but it’s always worth being bold and walking on water vs playing it safe & hiding.

I am sure we can all think of times we took a risk that didn’t work out for us how we intended, but applauded our badass self for being bold, risk taking, and confident!

2-it wasn’t the best, and the backlash was insane. This one comedian made a video imitating her and literally we could not breath!!!

And it was the deepest, tears down my face, belly laugh I’ve had in the last week !!!! It wasn’t mean. Just a release and humor.

You have to laugh!

Don’t Take yourself or life so serious. Breathe. Laugh!!!

you can’t take that kind of stuff serious when all these horrible things are going on in the world and peoples lives!

If you see yourself getting uptight about anything that isn’t life or death —take a breath and laugh instead!! I’m sure fergie laughed it off while she dusted her Grammy awards!

3- you can be both!

Outgoing and sensitive at the same time.

Supporting Fergie and thinking she’s amazing for doing that and also laughing at someone imitating what it sounded like.

Courageous and bold and the same time scared.

Feelings are feelings. Feel them all.

Today- be resilient, and relentless in your goals & dreams AND AT THE SAME DANG TIME, laugh and breath and don’t take life so serious & ALWAYS PUsh thru the excuses that come up!!!
