Are you conditioned to replay same old story in your mind, that doesn't serve your highest good?
Examples:
No one cuts me a break
I have to prove myself
Money doesn't grow on trees
No one really likes me
I am not enough
Success means a cool job & lots $
My story WAS "no one cuts me a break".
My mama worked all holidays and nights...
So bro & I are frozen dinners alone.
No family or friends at all helped or encouraged in anyway especially grade school.
My Friends' parents would say, go home, when it was their dinner time.
No teachers really stick out that inspired me in school ( I was straight A, honors & super active in school)
It Really was a time where it was us 3 against world for long time.
Someone throw me a bone!!
That story is no longer true and does not serve my higher good!
But Random days I can feel that old story creep up.
Like when first had a Baby & was overwhelmed or a random day life is hard & I'll think WTF? Anyone throw a bone? Like seriously!
Years passed & Because my practice with it, it's become a habit & my belief is: life & love & God DO bless & support me fully & divinely! I get a lot of bones thrown my way!!
TOOL:
Step 1- stop & observe you doing it
Step 2- say: " this story does not serve my higher good and is no longer true for me "
Step 3- Speak gratitude that doesn't serve that story.
Step 4- Let that momentum of gratitude fuel what your new belief and story is now!
So for me I think of:
My cheerleading coach in high school inspired me & made impact.
Client supported me & my business & came to do a session while I was papoosing new baby.
NYC 1st job, record label exec gave me chance.
Nashville I made my soul sista friends for life.
Someone took 2 min to respond positively to my blog post.
My loving hubby who lets me vent from wells of my heart & lifts me up.
**STAND OUT: This amazing time, I was handing out food samples in NYC at a grocery store & this bag lady saw me everyday-my last day working that job, she came up & said I saved this up for you, get some food ( I was eating the samples) & she Gave me $3. That $3 Was like $100 to her & me!
All the angels along the way who went out of there way for me.
Um, my mom & bro & hubs & daughter are pretty much saving grace in every way shape & form- THX YOU GOD.
***Today I'm blessed & thrown bones daily ****bc I CHANGED my brain & story.*** I'm massive a doer, giver, & generous blesser in all areas of my life, as well because of my old stories, new stories, & momentum added to it.
***change your beliefs, change your life!
The world is your oyster & what YOU choose to believe is possible!
Choose that ALL is possible & you are capable of all your soul desires!

-Save leftovers or cook extra & give someone so they don't have to cook
-Surprise someone with diapers, toilet paper, garbage bags, or gas gift card or whatever bc we all use these items
-Look peeps in eye & let them know they matter & are amazing- don't assume they know
-Always help someone less fortunate. Mentor a kid. Give back. I don't forget what it was like.
-If you think someone has it all together & is fine, don't assume-DO something extra nice & out of your way for them.
