Starbucks & healthy food tips AND how to motivate yourself throughout the day!

🌿Starbucks Drink tip!

Unsweetened pineapple, peach, or passion fruit tea

4 pumps sugar free vanilla

Ice

Heavy Splashes almond milk, or one big splash heavy cream 


🌿15-20 min hard care HIIT WILL give your more results than 45 min of a pretty good walk.


🌿Phytonutrients  + antioxidants are in fruits and vegetables & help with prevention of chronic disease & cancer. 

phytonutrients help the body's metabolism & cells! 

they regulate hormones. 

They are Full of high levels of antioxidants that rock health and prevent disease & give you energy & clean whole healthy body!! Don’t be scared of fruit! Berries, apples, pears...


🌿buffalo chickpea taqquitos

• 1 shallot 

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 1 bell pepper

• 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) and MASH

• 1/2 cup tomato sauce 

• 3 tbsp hot sauce or more 

• 2 tbsp plant-based milk

• Spice mix: 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, sea salt, ground pepper, +chili powder 

•Sauté ALL. 

Roll into individual Ezekiel tortillas & fill up a casserole dish. 

Drizzle olive oil over so they crispy when you bake at 350 for 15 minutes.



🌿lemon + blueberry 

2 powerhouse items!!!

Eat with Gluten free oats or make your own sugar free, bread or cookies OR JUST SMASH IN YOUR 💦WATER


🌿avocado crack dip {combine all}

• lots avocados (chopped into small chunks)

• tomatoes (chopped into small chunks)

• plain crumbled feta cheese

• 1 small bunch of chopped fresh parsley 

• olive oil & shallots & chopped garlic SAUTÉED

• salt + pepper 


🌿 Music memory motivation!

This is one of my favorite motivational tips!


-Think of a memory, in any aspect of your life, that gives you PRIDE about who you are + brings up good feelings!!

-Think of a song that correlates with it!!

-Use that song on repeat during your workout or in your day TO UP YOUR ENERGY LEVELS!


Example:

•Ariana Grande just brought *NSYNC  onto the stage at Coachella!! (Also Puff Daddy + Mase which was bad ass!! 

Anyway there was no Justin Timberlake 😛😛😛 

so JC Chavez {who was the original lead singer and best dancer in the group, got to thrive + bust out his shit and it was his time!}

This all reminded me of their song “dirty pop”. 


•We used to listen to it before we would go to high-level industry parties, where I would go to the front and FAKE IT, to get us into these restricted high-security celebrity events + we were NOT on the list!!


•That song and that memory reminded me of how on the fly, driven resilient, ballsy, brave creative, and bad ass I WAS to always figure a way, to GET US IN!


•So I recently downloaded it 🎉+ literally listened to it on repeat for 35 minutes + had the craziest workout ever!!!! 


•I had My heart rate + pace high-level the entire time because of that memory making me feel empowered!!


•I’m in a different phase of my life now AKA, kids, parenting, sacrifice, to do lists, next level biz & early bedtimes....I need REAL DEAL USABLE INSPIRATION!!

those memories, music + THAT tool,  helps bring that enthusiasm * high energy *drive + *HELL YES TO aspects of my day! 


🌿What memory do you have with a song?

Maybe was Childhood? High school? First party?

Maybe you did something brave and got in the car and a song came on? 

First concert? 


1-identify the song

2-remember the pride and inspiration and authenticity about YOURSELF, that you felt

3- get that song NOW

4-starting thINKING of those motivational feelingS & let them flood thru you!

5- use it!! 

To The fuel a work out 

to do something for yourself today

To make a healthy meal

To say NO TO SOMETHING

TO get unstuck & thrive & UP YOUR ENERGY!
