Quinoa pb chocolate balls - healthy & no bake & hits the spot, delicious!
1/3 cup quinoa, cooked ( can be warm)
16 whole (pitted) dates, no sugar added or 8 prunes
1/2 cup almonds
1/3 cup natural crunchy peanut butter (or almond butter or SunButter)
1/3 cup chocolate chips dairy free
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
Purée & form balls. Refrigerate.
Can dip some in melted chocolate.
Purée in chopper until can form balls. Refrigerate.
