Nut butter cookies
* I don't measure, I just do intuitively & go with it- HA!*
* fast, delicious, healthy
This is approximate:
Nut butter ( peanut or almond or sunflower) 1-2 cups
Vegan butter ( or regular) 2-3 tbsp
Chia seeds ( 1/2-1 tbsp)
Flaxseed meal ( 1/2-1 tbsp)
Baking powder ( 1 tbsp)
Vanilla ( 1-2 tsp)
Splashes of unsweetened almond milk
Truvia ( enough to sweeten to your liking)
Optional: add crushed walnuts or any nut or dairy free chocolate chunks
Bake 325 10-12 minutes
