You can't get back time!
Get off the phone and look your pet or your spouse or friends or roommate or your kids in the eye!! Plug in!
Let your face light up when someone you love enters the room!
Take a nap, laugh & say WHO CARES....when the not important "stuff" happens. Like kids toys on floor, dishes not washed, spilling stuff on your carpet, not doing your to do list. Have a WHO CARES, no big deal-day! Didn't make your bed today? No big deal. Car tires need air? Not the end of world. We freak out, though.
Whatever it is that you personally click with and like to do--- plug into it and enjoy it!
and don't give a crap about if anyone else agrees with it! If your soul + your vibes dig it, DO it.
Get off your phone + off social media and don't let really important special moments pass by!
don't always think to yourself, oh I should work more or I should hustle more. Sometimes you need to just BE & enjoy Bc life passes by!
It's the little moments that are the true heart thumping, make me tear gifts + they always override the tough + rough parts!!
My 5 year old always says:
" my eyes are tearing mommy, because I love my baby brother so much!"
That's a gift & moment!
I love breast-feeding, I plug in & bond! I can't get that time back, but I can always work + brainstorm ideas another time.I love being with my family + getting on floor & playing with them!
I love working out! I love getting revved up & in discussions about stuff I'm passionate about!
I love hugging and kissing my kids and hubby and family every minute of every second!
Last night I took a bunch of biscuits my hubby made and threw them all over the kitchen & laughed & laughed! Then
I took a sharpie marker and wrote USA on his back because he loves our country! Enjoy! More fun!! Was funny! We were In the moment!
Not making sure our 5 loads of laundry were done or dishes finished!
I soooooo need more fun, especially when I'm in mommy mode all the time and have tons of responsibility in life!
ALERT!
When you die no one's going to say:
"Gee, she was the best worker I knew."
"she works so awesome."
"I'm glad she focused on stupid sh&t & less time on soaking in precious moments through the day-that are forever!!"
Just sharing.
Plug in. Do you. It's the little moments through the day they create the most love and the best memories!
