🥒try to zoodle cucumbers!!! Everybody zoodles zuchninni but have your tried cucumbers!!? Mmm! With jalapeños + cilantro + tomato + slice of mango ALL PURÉED INTO A DRESSING over it!


🌿Vegetable oils & margarines, anything made from these oils--are oils extracted from seeds like the rapeseed (canola oil) soybean (soybean oil), corn, sunflower, safflower, etc- horrible for body & body trying process it—-

It can’t!!!!!!!!



🌿Yes: olive oil or real butter or coconut oil, or coconut butter or earth balance SOY FREE!

any other vegetable oils can’t be extracted just by pressing or separating naturally.


They must be chemically removed, deodorized and altered.

Very chemically altered!!

Inflames body!


🌿Coconut oil is the oil that's been extracted from the coconut meat!!!

coconut butter is made from coconut flesh + has fiber in it!

Olive oil. Had to be real. A lot is watered down & fake!


🌿I usually use coconut butter when I’m make sf. chocolates or make desserts!! Hardly can taste!



🌿Coconut Oil is amazing for hormone health. It provides building blocks for hormone production, helps weight loss, reduce inflammation, + even has antibacterial properties.


🌿make every apple & pumpkin recipe around! Make them!

They are healthy low sugar delicious & full of fiber + easy to make things with!


🍋Have a SNaCK plate out for you & family.

Cover w plastic wrap if pop back in fridge.

Squeeze a little lemon so it doesn’t turn brown.

Load it with: nut mix, hummus, pears, apples, sf chocolate chips, healthy crackers & veggies homemade dips, homemade granola bars, nut butter & berries, asparagus drizzle olive oil & sea salt, homemade healthy cookies, pumpkin bread slices....


🍯Cooked quinoa with spices- dip your meatballs in it & cook in oil- browns like breadcrumbs!!! Yippee!


🍪Quinoa breakfast bake;

1 cup uncooked quinoa

2 cups almond milk

Spices- nutmeg cinnamon etc- load up

Cut up apples

Toasted Nuts

Flax meal

Sugar free syrup or brown rice syrup


Combine & pour & flatten in baking dish. Bake 350 1 hr
