🍪Quinoa breakfast bake;
1 cup uncooked quinoa
2 cups almond milk
Spices- nutmeg cinnamon etc- load up
Cut up apples
Toasted Nuts
Flax meal
Sugar free syrup or brown rice syrup
Combine & pour & flatten in baking dish. Bake 350 1 hr
