SPLURGE LIST {good for your weight loss, hormones, health}:
1. Ezekiel bread. In frozen section. Toast it. Omg! Delicious real deal yummy ness!
2. Brown rice pasta. Won’t bloat your belly or make you feel tired after a pasta meal.
3. Wild caught anything. It Takes 72 hours for your body to get rid of meat, dairy, etc- so help it along!
4. Enjoy life brand chocolate chunks.
They have dairy free and sugar free & still tastes good in cookies + won’t give you diarrhea like most sugar free stuff.
5. Use date sugar, or brown rice syrup for sugar replacing.
All sugar is not the same Bc of glucose & fructose & how your liver breaks it down.
6. Veggie cheese. All kinds.
Get soy free + try replacing your usual cheeses. They have the creamiest one made from coconut oil but no coconut taste & is heavenly treat!! Pricey but worth it!!
BUDGET FOOD LIST
I can make 10-20 different creative meals with these especially healthy/vegan/yummy for kids + family. 🎊THIS IS MY JAM!!!🎊

1- BEANS: dry or rinse canned ones until water is clear -
Black beans, cannelli beans, adzuki beans + more.
2- FROZEN veggies: roast, Puree, make exciting + flavorful
3-FRUIT : discount section in produce section has bruised or day old stuff: take home cut, chop, rinse & freeze bag for smoothies, purées, desserts LIKE APPLES PEARS ETC
4- ROOT veggies: like turnips, parsnips, celery root—make into French fries or soups & casseroles
5- SESAME SEEDS: cheap healthy nuts. Use tons of ways.
6- AVOCADOS: thickens sauces, meals, protein base, & my favorite salad dressing recipe uses this
7- PRUNES: they are just dried plums if you get over the word prune!
Sweetener in desserts + snacks!
8- ANY MEAT: rinse it off Bc it is Full of chemicals. Wild caught & Roast, grill, steam only!
9- SWEET POTATOES: stuff them, hash, fries, pies, purées, roast them, etc
10- CANNED olives & red peppers & artichokes turn into tapenades, dressings, dips
11- FLAXSEED MEAL: pure vitamins + health use instead eggs + add in everything
12- MINDSET: get creative.
Spending the extra dollar on a healthier food item is worth your health!
Ex: if your kid gets sick ( let's say too much dairy products + virus going around = horrible throat + ear ache that lingers.
Add that Doc visit + you taking off work = $$$.

•purée an avocado or celery into dips or sauces for appetizers
•throw frozen chopped zucchini or celery into your smoothies to start the day before parties & events
•eat orange, red, or green peppers raw (do you know they’re all the same pepper just in different stages!? DID I BLOW YOUR MIND!?)
•stuff raw tomatoes + mushrooms + Peppers with your leftover holiday meals to get those veggies in
• replace the flours & sugars in your desserts! It adds up! Cookie dough your ass off replacing the crap ingredients!!
•use lemons & Limes. Use real garlic & onions instead of spice jars.
•try earth balance, coconut butter or olive oil instead of eggs, lard + pure sugar
•rosemary on apple pie, dill on a cucumber salad, sage + pear crisp
•try a new recipe & make a tradition to do each year
