They are so easy to make! Peel outside. Cut into slices. Toss in sea salt pepper olive oil & Parmesan or ( dairy free-nutritional yeast) and slices of garlic.
Bake for 35-40 min on 375. Toss throughout cooking.
The garlic sweetens & they are crisp like fries!! Try it!! Delicious & super easy!
