They focus on the scale & using crappy words like “I was bad, when I ate this & that.”
They are short term + restricting & food is the enemy!!
When you do all these fad diet that you can’t sustain long-term, you mess up your metabolism + hormones + fat burning system! WTF!?
Health & lifestyle is the belief that food is enjoyable.
Replacing mindset of using words like bad & good & cheat days- with I love life. I enjoy food. I work out. I love my body + how I feel. I cook & replace ingredients that are blessing my health, body & how I feel! It’s little changed long term! Not obsessing over weight + food.

If you don’t have time to roast it. Take a bulb of it + put it in a bowl with a little bit a water in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds.

I mush into a paste + chop it really easily + it’s not so intense on the garlic flavor. STUFF IT INTO TOMATOES (pic below) + rub & put in everything.

Don’t cut fruit out of your life! Omg! Come on. (that’s why there’s money and advertising paid to celebrities to promote milk but yet you don’t see them promoting apples! Apples are healthy and fabulous. They have to convince you on the milk! It’s $1 billion industry to promote shit foods + false information because all the standards are so low!
🍎 Apples are a great example of a fruit with fiber and nutrients and vitamins and you can do 1 million things with it ( like the sugar free pie below)
🍓 Strawberries purée them & use in your cupcake base.
Makes them moist + yummy!
