"Peanut butter" chocolate cups
1 cup chocolate ( dairy free)
2 tbsp coconut oil
Melt the chocolate & oil.
In cupcake papers, pour in a tiny bit of melted chocolate and put in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens a little.
Then Melt 1/2 cup "peanut" butter & a little sweetener. Then Scoop in a teaspoon or tablespoon of "peanut butter" ( try almond butter, cashew butter)
then cover up with more melted chocolate. Top with cacao nibs.
Stick the fridge again until hardened. Enjoy!
