So easy and fast and chocolatey and amazing!!! Fast fast fast!! you will make over & over! Glaze it, ice it, chocolate chip it! Chocolate cake 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar 1 cup whole wheat –OR- brown rice flour or oat flour 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 3/4 cup packed coconut sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 350 degrees One bowl milk & vinegar ( becomes like buttermilk) One bowl all dry then add milk/vinegar mixture & rest of wet ingredients! Combine all! Can put in a Bundt cake pan or 12 cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes Pre spray pans! Make a fun little area to do affirmations or devotionals or prayers or meditation or just alittle bit of quiet time- for you to Say & think & write & visualize happy, life empowering, vibrant, excellent words & thoughts & gratitude for you & your life! Make it a habit DAILY! Like brushing your teeth! Your world will be brighter & fabulous Because of it!
