Life is beautiful.
It's the meaning we give things in it, that make it seem "bad" or "good" or worse sometimes, than it really is.
WE attach all kinds of meanings to it!! We take it somewhere it didn't even start.
1-Your boss's voice isn't super nice one morning to you. You attach meaning- she doesn't appreciate me, she doesn't value me, she takes me for granted.
When in actuality, she might have had a rough morning at home & has nothing to do with you!
-ask, communicate, make no assumptions
2- you hurt your back. Bad. You in pain. You think why this happening to me. I'm getting old or this is ruining my day or this crap happens to me all the time.
-Actuality: you hurt your back. You still young, gorgeous spirit. It's called having a body, stuff happens. Some people hurt it & are in hospital beds & paralyzed.
Reframe your thoughts. I hurt back. I'm healing & strong & moving on from it & celebrate that it's not so serious that I'm bed ridden.
3- you lose some weight. You say it's not enough or you want to lose more or you been here before & you will gain it back bc you always do.
You are attaching those specific limiting/conditioned thoughts to it.
-Mindset: I lost weight! Go me! I am healthy & driven & I did it! I got results & am proud of me! Today I am healthy & it will last!
*it is the meaning we attach to things.
We attach all kinds of meanings to failure, success, beauty, careers, and all the stuff that happens through the day, etc etc.

And come from an abundant, thriving, confident, inspired, & unlimited mindset where everything has a higher blessed meaning
* be rooted in courage to ground your mindset
* live from your bigger & higher self---don't play small!!!!! PLAY BIG!
