HAVING "ONE OF THOSE DAYS?"
— Remember the why?
Why doing are you doing what you are doing ?
In the midst of hard days ask yourself + remember
"Why am doing what i do?"
I remember that feeling BACK IN DAY:
working at a job that I went to college for + worked my a$$ off + years off to get + I wasn't vibing & soul was connected to it.
I remember being frustrated.
I can actually see myself sitting in my New York/NJ apartment being like what the f?
Feeling very frustrated + stressed + craving answers!
wanting be in shape + fit + healthy BUT not diet + not to do what everyone else was doing + what was popular in the diet world.
Wanting direction + deep motivation + a higher purpose to just fall into my lap.
I wanted answers + empowerment for my career + joy in all areas of my life with following my soul + purpose!
Feeling Like everything was off timing + against me + no one "gets it" BUT my spirit being BRAVE to still branch out take the less traveled path to my souls purpose.
AND, To have a dance class that's fun + uplifting + welcoming no matter what your level + age.
To Feel like you are hip + belong + still infuse my love of music! #musicismylife
What was my "why" career wise.
To share All the encouragement + "yes you Can" +support + profound life lessons + business lessons I experienced & learned to make others paths easier + empowered!
To spread love + wisdom my mom has always given me through my life.
I wanted to share it with everyone because some people just don't have access to that support or tools or love or those kind of relationships.
Those are just a few things!
***This can apply to:
when you're exhausted from being a parent,
Or you just don't feel like working out another day,
Or you don't know the direction your life is taking you,
Or you left a job or moved locations Bc your soul told you to, but now you are in worry mode,
Or you are going back to school and working two or three jobs at the same time,
Or friendships or relationships are lacking or changing in your world,
Or you are just burnt out...
Those are the days
You have to stop and remember your WHY!
if you feel depleted + frustrated and all those kind of rough things that can happen in your day.....
STOP and go why am I here in the first place?
THEN, get very clear on your answer + see if it is OK with you or you need to ADJUST.
1-There usually is a reward, a benefit, or a blessing to your why.
2-If there is turmoil, a disconnection, or suffering with your why- reexamine your why & adjust your sail.
+++And I remember: I learned massive stuff + I figured it out
+ wanted to share with everyone! Love + encouragement is my purpose! +++
My WHY was sooooo worth it!
Motivation + encouragement + unconditional love can take you places you can ever imagine!
It's more important + powerful than money or resources!
I'm proof! Attitude + resourcefulness WIN.
**JOY + smiling + blessings + goodness are as natural as breathing. RETRAIN your brain, if not! ** practice practice practice
Why am I on this weight-loss journey?
Why did I want to be a parent?
Why am I in this field?
Why am I speaking passionately on this or that subject?
Why am I involved with this or that?
Why did I move on from this person, place, or thing?
