When something feels off- it’s off.

If something feels a disconnect -it’s a disconnect.

Cocktail:

Rosemary sprigs 

1 Grapefruit squeezed 

1-2 Splash apple cider vinegar

Stevia

Orange squeeze

Vodka/rum

•acv lowers blood sugar levels & supports reducing cholesterol 

•It contains practically no sugar and a ton of gut-healthy enzymes.


So why drink it if it’s a real b*tch to choke down?

Haa!

•it helps regulate your blood sugar, lowers your cholesterol, reduces your blood pressure, gives you glowy skin, helps relieve seasonal allergies

•try an alcohol free version too


Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup mango

1/2 cup blueberries  

Almond milk 

Water

Squeeze lemon 

Sweetener 


•cuts out sugar spike from bananas & still creamy. Has be frozen cauli. Not fresh. 

•Drink immediately. 



Dressing 

Lime juice

Cilantro

Salt

Avocado

Olive oil 

PURÉE 


Thumbprint cookies

Pulse dates & cinnamon & almonds into dough + form balls & thumbprint middle 

•Add Low sugar jam or smashed sweetener + strawberries 


Veggie pasta

Zoodles carrots & zuchninni & cucumbers 

•Mix: siracha + sesame oil & sea salt & pepper 

•Toss + Squeeze lime over 


Wraps

Thinly sliced carrots cucumbers mangoes tomatoes jalepenos & sunflower sprouts 

Wrap & use with homemade dip 

  • sunflower sprouts contain high amounts of vitamin E. 
  • Vitamin E works with vitamin C  to reduce blood pressure + increase the elasticity of arteries + prevent heart disease.


💫NEW WORD ALERT:

“Flexatarian”

Maybe your mostly vegan or vegetarian but if you eat slice cake with dairy or your broth has chicken- no big deal.

You are fine.

You listen to your body. 

Maybe 90% of the time you are raw and once in a while you eat a giant ass hamburger and It hits the spot! Point is—--

Give yourself flexibility & grace.

In my experience you have to be very very clear about

in different situations:



•What would a loving + kind supportive parent do?


•What would a high-level executive Do?


•What would a committed Athlete do?


•What would A healthy and energized person do?


•What would a confident and bold woman do?

Example:

You Don’t feel like working out and you’re choosing to be a health-conscious + energized person.


Ask:

What would an elite athlete do?


Answer:

They would be bigger than their excuses and get the workout done!! And go extra & push harder ( I use this daily).


If you’re always responding to your kids in a way that isn’t uplifting or working.


Ask:

What would a loving + nurturing supportive parent say in the situation?


You’re about to have an uncomfortable MUST HAVE conversation with someone at work.


Ask:

What would a high-level executive that values their worth, talent, their voice and their truth do?


Your day is exhausting and frustrating and it’s only noon.


Ask:

Would a woman who values her peace and joy do?


Your always running late & it affects your day + commitments/relationships.
