5 life alternating FOOD tips:
1- REPLACE. Don't restrict. Dieting sucks & is a roller coaster!
Ex:
Make banana cupcakes but use extract instead of bananas ( Bc can you eat a banana it's like eating straight table sugar)
Make buttercream frosting with earth balance + truvia.
2- TRY NEW FOOD & have a pleasure + enjoy it attitude
vs I hate this or that.
Example: turnips, leeks, fennel are f&cking delicious roasted with olive oil & sea salt & made RIGHT.
Easy once you do it one time!
Instead of I hate leeks & don't know how to make it!
3- CUT BACK ON MEAT. Period.
Doesn't matter if it says cage free. Organic. Let's keep it real.
It's inflammatory.
Takes 72 hours to digest out of your body! That's a lot of energy to spend!! It's cancerous. Fact! Cut back.
Usually eat it daily? Can you cut back & lesson The amount?
4- SELF TALK is a practice.

Stop comparing!
Stop Listening to magazines + tv ads telling you what beauty and health and fitness looks like!
Love yourself & practice a healthy body image + self talk! It is powerful + life changing!
Practice it daily.
5-GET TO THE ROOT.
Our body is our compass.
If you have chaos or unnecessary suffering or stress or things in your life with people places and things-
A lot of times they cause the root of our illnesses or sicknesses or inflammation or aches and pains or weight gain!
They show up as a headache or sore throat or your numbers being off with your blood test etc.
If your Cortizone or insulin or hormones are jacked up because of unnecessary stress- your body will be outta whack.
Remember that everyone processes stress in a different way. Figure out yours.
