5 ways elevate your day & remember you are bad ass


1-🙌🏽 don't quit before the miracle happens.

You doing the workout, The interviews, the goal smashing, the meeting, the pitch, the laundry, the boundary making—-whatever!!

🙌🏽Don't stop if you don’t have instant results

🙌🏽THIS IS WHERE YOU PUSH.

🙌🏽Little micro movements add up! The seeds ARE BEING planted! I promise!


2- simplify daily.

🤸🏽‍♂️ What are the Most important priorities for the day?

🤸🏽‍♂️ Things being important and things being a priority are completely two different things. 🤸🏽‍♂️Breathe. Listen to YOUR Instinct & do those only. Be in tune with YOU!

🤸🏽‍♂️ YOU KNOW YOU BEST!


3- do one thing daily and schedule it like an appointment! ✨Write the exact day & time you will have “Pleasure/fun/hobby/you time”

Ex: 12:30pm on Wednesday dance or try new make up or paint your toes or read 2 chapters of a book or take a lunch break outside and no phone.

✨once you make this commitment it is

NON- NEGOTIATIABLE!

Fill your cup.

4-SAY “yeah me!”

❤️Celebrate your body!

❤️Thank your body for being freaking incredible and strong!

❤️Tell yourself how wonderful and smart and beautiful and spectacular you are!

❤️Say thank you god for blessing me with another day of life!

❤️Celebrate that you are loving, living, breathing & doing! Even the smallest thing like putting gas in the Car, when you are wiped out tired- YEAH YOU!

❤️Tell yourself YOU ARE A QUEEN & YOU ARE SUNSHINE + Incredible!

It takes work!

Invest in you!

It’s like any relationship you have to invest the time and the energy & intention.

Every. Damn. Day!!!

5- If There’s one thing you could do every single day the rest of your life for healing and regenerating your cells +  weight loss + giving extreme health to your body & fighting EVERY disease——it is

EATING RAW GREENS.

Lettuce in every way shape and form zucchinis cucumbers Brussels sprouts celery etc.

🌿Eat it raw

🌿Throw it in smoothies

🌿Cut it up and eat it with dip 

Slices of romaine lettuce + Tomatoes & celery 

with 

🥒SASHA’S Dip:

Purée 1 avacado

+ 1/2 celery + 1 lime + 1/3 zuchinni  & fresh herbs like scallions & garlic + cilantro & Black pepper + alittle water.

YOU WILL WANT TO SWIM IN THIS IT- IS SO GOOD!
