10 Healthy Food Tips:

1: Want orange juice? It's loaded with sugar! It's like having a candy bar for breakfast!
Fresh squeeze yourself! Takes 3 seconds! Same with fresh lemonade.
Try trop 50 or Florida natural has new line. Read ingredients & sugar content.

2: See the new siracha ketchup Heinz released? Use your own Siracha & low sugar ketchup instead & don't let flashy marketing get you to consume more sugar!

3: Try hummus. Million flavors & uses. They have to-go packs. Use in deviled eggs instead of yolk. Use instead mayo on sandwiches.

4: Make your own soup with veggie broth as base. Canned is loaded with chemicals & sodium.
Tomato soup: Sauté garlic or shallots & add tomatoes & basil & spices & stock. Cook 25 min then purée! Homemade tomato soup. It's Low sodium & wheat free & dairy free & chemical free & super easy!

5: Use cashew milk to thicken easy soups into stoups. Sweet potato soup, try adding to thicken.

6: Grill lettuce to make salads taste gourmet. Grill fruit to make more exciting.

7: To save money, take regular oats that you would eat oatmeal with &
Grind in your blender or a coffee grinder and wa-la its oat flour! Its wheat free & it's a wonderful grain to bake desserts with.

8: Casseroles are fast & easy.
Make a batch to eat all week:
Spaghetti casserole
Chili casserole
Brown rice & spinach
Pulled meat & quinoa
Sweet potato hash

9: When your fruit is about to go bad, PUREE it & turn it into cupcakes or freeze it and add to your smoothies.
I just made peach/raspberry cupcakes & took 3 min to stir up & 12 minutes to bake!

10: Raw honey is okay when it's unheated and untreated. It's 90% enzymes & 10% sugar but once you HEAT it & use in baked goods & hot drinks it then becomes 10% enzymes and 90% sugar. Pure sugar in body!
